Deepening of Dialogue: Six Thinking Hats

This course aims to deepen your skills on dialogue and on facilitating conversations. By taking this course, you will learn the basics of dialogue as a trust-building mechanism to engage stakeholders and learn how you can turn difficult conversations into more organized and comprehensive discussions without breaking trust.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Discuss the importance of deepening dialogue skills in addressing complex challenges;
  2. Discuss the Six Thinking Hats method in improving dialogue through conversations;
  3. Practice dialogue applying the Six Thinking Hats methodology.
