Executing Change: The 4DX

This online course introduces the four disciplines that help address that. The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) is a simple, repeatable, and proven formula for executing on your most important strategic priorities in the midst of the whirlwind. It is all about producing great results. By following The 4 Disciplines: (1) Focusing on the Wildly Important; (2) Acting on Lead Measures or Leverage Points; (3) Keeping a Compelling Scoreboard; and (4) Creating a Cadence of Accountability, leaders can produce breakthrough results, even when executing the strategy requires a significant change in behavior from their teams.

OBJECTIVES

Develop a basic understanding of the four disciplines of execution;
Demonstrate knowledge and skills on how to and where the 4DX principles can be applied in own areas of work; and
Integrate the 4DX principles in areas of work.
