Guidelines on the Integration of Specific Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAS) from the Philippine Plan of Action for Nutrition (PPAN) 2017-2022 to the Local Development Plans, Investment Programs and Budget of the Local Government Units. This Joint Memorandum Circular of DILG and DOH is the latest set of guidelines issued by concerned national government agencies for the use of LGUs in crafting the budget for nutrition.
