OVERVIEW

The Bridging Leadership Trainer Certification Program (BLTCP) is a Zuellig Family Foundation (ZFF) capability-building program aimed at developing trainers who can address the demand for Bridging Leaders (BL) training programs and at scaling up training interventions on leadership and governance. CERTIFICATION TRACKS

The BLTCP covers three tracks of certification with corresponding standards, requirements, and competencies/outputs to be assessed during certification. The BL Master Trainer Certification is automatically conferred to an applicant who has achieved certification in all three tracks.
