The Bridging Leadership Trainer Certification Program (BLTCP) is a Zuellig Family Foundation (ZFF) capability-building program aimed at developing trainers who can address the demand for Bridging Leaders (BL) training programs and at scaling up training interventions on leadership and governance.
The BLTCP is a mechanism to certify a BL trainer’s level of mastery in BL concepts and competencies in processing and designing using the principles and practices of Adult Learning (AL), Art of Hosting (AoH), and transformative teaching-learning methodologies applied to BL capacity-building programs. The BLTCP covers three tracks of certification with corresponding standards, requirements, and competencies/outputs to be assessed during certification. The BL Master Trainer Certification is automatically conferred to an applicant who has achieved certification in all three tracks.
