OVERVIEW
The Bridging Leadership Trainer Certification Program (BLTCP) is a Zuellig Family Foundation (ZFF) capability-building program aimed at developing trainers who can address the demand for Bridging Leaders (BL) training programs and at scaling up training interventions on leadership and governance.
The BLTCP is a mechanism to certify a BL trainer’s level of mastery in BL concepts and competencies in processing and designing using the principles and practices of Adult Learning (AL), Art of Hosting (AoH), and transformative teaching-learning methodologies applied to BL capacity-building programs. CERTIFICATION TRACKS
The BLTCP covers three tracks of certification with corresponding standards, requirements, and competencies/outputs to be assessed during certification. The BL Master Trainer Certification is automatically conferred to an applicant who has achieved certification in all three tracks.

REQUIREMENTS FOR RECERTIFICATION
Certification is valid for two (2) years, after which the trainer must submit a training hours log form showing the required hours of practice.
