Module 1: Local DRRMH Systems for EREIDs
This module prepares LGU teams to establish preparedness and response mechanisms on the level of governance and coordination. There are different responses to the crisis and that in each one there are different priority actions to be made.

Module 2: PDITR Review for LGUs
This module guides LGUs on how to assess, identify and address gaps in their PDITR (Prevent, Detect, Isolate, Treat and Reintegrate) implementation. Additionally, they will learn from how other LGUs have implemented their own PDITR strategies and decide which of their actions can also be applicable in their local context.

Module 3: Surge Capacity Planning
This focuses on learning how to address surge capacity needs of LGUs. The recent surges in Covid-19 cases – as well as identification of variant of concern, brought unprecedented impact on the strategic implementation of surge capacity actions of various LGUs. As COVID-19 cases drastically increased overtime, it exposed an overwhelmed local health system and implementation of programs particularly challenging, including efforts to sustain essential health services to the people. While LGUs prepare for surges in their localities, there is a need to strengthen their surge capacity plans such that these plans will be able to withstand any form of disaster outbreaks or disruptions in the future.

Module 4: Family as the Unit of Care
It is highly recognized that COVID-19 infection risk of household contacts is higher than other contacts. It is because the risk of household transmission in adults is higher than that in children with older individuals (aged >60 years) most susceptible to household transmission. However, as the infection is much more transmissible in households, it challenges the home isolation of COVID-19 patients.
