The BLTCP covers three tracks of certification with corresponding standards, requirements, and competencies/outputs to be assessed during certification. A BL Master Trainer certification will be conferred to a trainer who has achieved certification in all tracks and has satisfactorily passed the oral revalida and portfolio evaluation.

1. BL Training Facilitator

Facilitates individual and/or group training during the implementation of BL training programs/courses.

2. BL Traning Designer

Translates identified training and development needs into program/course briefs and training activity plans; develops training materials.

b. Prepares Session Plans
c. Prepares Instructional Materials
d. Prepares Assessment Instruments (Institutional)
e. Organizes Learning and Teaching Resources
f. Revises Training Materials Based on Learnings from Actual Implementation

3. BL Training Manager

Oversees the implementation of the training programs that include training management and monitoring of session delivery to ensure appropriateness and relevance.
